Ultimate Jet Vacations Client Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients as well as overseeing the existing client base within the luxury travel industry. Their target goal is to encourage these agencies to continually utilize our services by emphasizing the value-add our company brings to theirs. This CAM’s success will be measured based on increased booking traction of their accounts.

  • Onboard and introduce new clients to the Client Conversation Manager to ensure a smooth transition to their designated reservations agent
  • Remain in constant communication with our clients to ensure they are consistently reminded of our company offerings
  • Determine which clients are in need of additional support by examining their needs & requests
  • Lead recurring Account Analysis meetings with each client to review booking count and total profit sold
  • Update other members of the Business Development team with any requests or areas of opportunities that arise
  • Provide client enhancement suggestions to the company in efforts to improve our strategic position with the agencies
  • Contribute to the continued success of the team by facilitating any additional projects as they arise
  • Must speak & write English at a professional level proficiency
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • Hospitality industry background - must have a 5-star, customer-centric mindset
  • Travel Agency experience preferred
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
  • Natural ability to influence others through a positive, enthusiastic, & passionate personality
