We are a small business that has grown from one to seven employees and seen revenue growth of 40%+ per year, and we are offering the opportunity to get involved on the ground floor of our growing business. Members of our team have a direct impact on our success and are directly exposed to all aspects of development projects. We are a tight-knit group that loves coming to work every day.
We are seeking to hire two entry-level civil engineers with a passion for land development to work closely under our DC & Virginia project managers.
The position is in person at our Great Falls, VA office for the initial training period. This typically takes one month depending on individual progression. After the initial training period, you would move into a hybrid position working 1-2 days a week remotely. Eventually, you may become full-time remote.
