Our office is in need of a reliable chiropractic assistant who can provide first-class care to our patients. You’ll be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and work closely with our healthcare staff to take patient histories and help with examinations.   • Fill out the appropriate insurance forms and document patient appointments, listing all symptoms, test results, diagnoses, treatment instructions, and prescriptions on the patient records

  • Build rapport with patients to ensure a trusting environment
  • Provide assessments and examinations on patients in order to collect diagnostic information and add to their chart
  • Mitigate potential customer service complaints through proper communication
  • Prepare the office - treatment rooms and exams rooms - for the doctors
  • Assist the front desk in preparing for the day, such as confirmation calls and other administrative duties

  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills
  • Possesses basic computer skills to complete administrative tasks

  • Over 1 year of work experience performing admin, customer facing, or patient facing duties.

$18 - $20 hourly
