• Perform routine maintenance on boilers, chillers and associated equipment, piping systems, burners, and HVAC units
• Service & repair of chillers & boilers
• Keep service and repair logs
• Communicate with customers or organizations
• Perform preventative checks on equipment
• Promote efficiency

• Minimum five years of experience working with boilers & chillers
• Unlimited journeyman license
• Boiler license
