The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes of our organization in Bloomington, CA. The COO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. The COO will provide strategic direction and lead operational teams in the areas of finance, human resources, customer service, and other areas. The COO must have a good understanding of organizational goals and objectives and how they relate to day-to-day operations.
The COO of our Bloomington office will be responsible for guiding the management of our internal operational processes. The COO will collaborate with the CEO to make sure the organization achieves its desired objectives. The COO will direct and manage operational teams which include finance, personnel, client service, and related divisions. The COO must clearly comprehend organizational goals and how they relate to routine operations.

- Ensure we always play by the rules, adhering to industry regulations, safety standards, and our own top-notch policies.
- Analyze key performance metrics like a boss, identify trends, and fine-tune our approach for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- A solid 10+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a trophy case of operations management successes.
- In-depth knowledge of the California regional freight landscape, full truckload hauls, and industry best practices.
- Leadership skills that inspire and rally the troops, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A natural at building relationships and delivering unbeatable customer service that keeps clients coming back for more.

Compensation
