As a key executive for a $2B+ real estate team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and implementation of all business-critical initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the Founders, Operations, Agents, and others across the organization to drive crisp processes, support clear communication, and enable rigorous customer feedback analysis for decision making. We deliver prudent and objective real estate advice to these accomplished clients in tandem with the highest quality of customer service. Our business is founded on three primary tenets: creative marketing solutions, client transparency & communication, and a highly comprehensive “boots on the ground” approach to the market. These core principles are the foundation upon which we have built a team the Wall Street Journal ranks as the #8 team in the US. We handle sales and rentals across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons.

The details:

  • Base salary of $200,000-$225,000
  • Bonus structure based on team performance

  • Collaborate with the Founders and Department Leads to masterfully carry out the vision of the team in all departments including finance, marketing, client services, and contract to close
  • Execute to the highest standard, and hold the entire team accountable to the same. We deliver an exceptional client experience on every home sale and will continue to create and mold our team to the highest level to deliver this experience
  • Embody and perpetuate the team culture through both systems and attitude
  • Advance team strategic growth plans with a combination of ingenuity and precision, serving as the single point of accountability for execution
  • Lead financial operations including payroll, accounting, revenue tracking, and forecasting
  • Take ownership of the management of all transactions and systems
  • Responsible for vendor research, selection, and relationship management
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a process for hiring, training, coaching, and holding accountable all operations team members
  • Be a primary point of contact for customer concerns or complaints
  • Execute and hold accountable all lead and marketing systems tracking the return on investment (ROI) for each dollar spent


  • A minimum of 10 years growing and managing teams of no fewer than five people in a high-stakes, hyper-growth environment
  • A knack for bringing order to all things, identifying opportunities for growth along the way through an uncanny ability to face challenges and offer solutions
  • Proficiency with will all aspects of business finance, and relevant experience with HR and NY State employment law
  • Strong examples to demonstrate efficiency, processes, collaboration, and organization
  • Eloquence in both speech and writing
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and sense of humor
  • A willingness to embrace change, and a self-improvement mindset
  • Positive attitude, ability to work with multiple personalities 
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products, MacOSX, Quickbooks, and more
  • Homeownership or personal experience (or two) with a real estate transaction strongly preferred while work in the field is not imperative
