Market Center Administrator and Chief Financial Officer for the #1 real estate franchise in the United States. 

Dynamic Leader needed! We are looking for an amazing leader in our growing company and we are a fast paced real estate company. Our office currently has 53 real estate agents on the roster. We are seeking a Market Center Administrator (Chief Financial Officer) to join the amazing office staff at Keller Williams Realty in Staten Island, NY. 

The MCA (Market Center Administrator) is equivalent to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. The MCA is responsible for the office's accounting and financial record keeping, as well as overseeing the administrative systems and operations, including staff and facilities. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, accounting background, an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail. They will have consistency, strong follow-up skills and great follow-through. Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients and vendors is essential. 

They will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones.

  • All financial aspects including income statement, balance sheet, payroll, tax payments and preparation of payroll tax returns, Accounts receivable and payable


  • Accounting background (Degree in Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum of three years experience as a full charge bookkeeper 
  • Leadership skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Some Marketing knowledge
  • Proficient in Google, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher   
  • Real estate and previous management/leadership experience is a plus
