The Homewood Suites Raleigh/Crabtree is hiring a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance department for our hotel.

The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects. The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a hands on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC.

Previous Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief or Supervisory experience- a minimum of two years.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
