The Coco Key Orlando Water Park Resort and Hotel is hiring a Chief Engineer.
- The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects.
- The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager.
- Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with solid MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC
- Previous Chief Engineer experience in a full-service hotel or resort is highly preferred
- Total engineering experience should be at least 3 years and have supervisory experience
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc.
- Will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
