The Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Myers/Estero is hiring a Chief Engineer.

• The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects.
• The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager.
• The ideal candidate should be hands-on with strong HVAC experience, additional should be good at handling staff.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills

• Prior hotel engineering supervisory experience.
