We are looking for a certified medical assistant for the front and back offices. You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. This is a full-time position that includes working weekends. Responsibilities include; greeting patients, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, supporting the medical providers in all back office duties, etc. We are looking for someone who is seeking long-term employment and has an interest in growing with our organization.

• Possess high-level administrative skills, including exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• High school graduate or has GED
• Has Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or other certifying agency
• 1 year of prior experience as in a medical assisting role performing administrative duties or similar position in a healthcare work environment
• Completed an accredited medical assisting program and an externship in a supervised healthcare setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• This position requires critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a demonstration of initiative and resourcefulness
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with providers, and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills
