The Coco Key Orlando Hotel and Water Park Resort is hiring a Catering Manager.

The Catering Sales Manager will sell catering services to new and existing clientele using a variety of sales methods, including cold calling, telephone solicitation, direct mail, client entertainment, etc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting personal sales goals and completing action plans. The Sales Manager will interface with other hotel departments, especially Front Desk and Reservations, and will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

• This position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The drive to exceed client expectations and personal sales goals are required. Our ideal candidate will have previous hotel catering sales experience and good communication (verbal & written) skills. A bachelor's degree is a plus. Excel and Word skills are required.
