Growing Law Firm is Hiring an Experienced Case Manager
You'll play an integral role in creating first-class client experiences within an entrepreneurial family law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced Case Manager to join our team and be a total superstar – working directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients.
This is an executive-level position for a Case Manager who will be responsible for monitoring the Firm’s “legal pipeline” to ensure cases make progress to deadlines and milestones, work on cases is fully funded, and that clients/matters do not languish or fall through the cracks. We need someone with significant experience building and managing pipeline reports.
We are looking for a case manager who is skilled at the technical creation, technical updating, management, and monitoring of the legal pipeline report. This case manager has the desire to provide the team and clients with the ultimate customer service experience and who is capable of handling very important deadlines. This job requires the right combination of technical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Excel and Project Management Software is required and non-negotiable. You will be required to create and update reports from scratch. Knowledge of Case Management Software is preferred. If these statements resonate with you, then you may be our candidate!
