We are looking for a candidate with :

• 8 years or more of experience
• Take pride in their work
• Have strong work ethics
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday

• Assisting on job sites ( we work throughout the bay area)
• Being able to follow directions/work indecently
• Being able to take constructive criticism
• Being a team player
• Able to lift heavy items and not afraid of heights
• We do siding replacement
• Knowledge of dry rot ( we do a good amount of work dry rot )

• Must have knowledge of how to use power tools
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to run a 3-5 man crew
• Must have knowledge of construction and how to use power tools
• Must have OWN tools
• Must pay attention to detail and complete task in a timely manner
• Must be willing to travel around throughout the BAY AREA
• MUST have a TRUCK
• MUST have 8 years of experience
• MUST have good communication skills
• MUST have knowledge of how to place orders as needed for materials
