The Capital Markets Assistant will support the Secondary Market Manager with daily responsibilities, including but not limited to, the registration and commitment of daily loans, monitoring and analysis of loan pipeline, and ad hoc reporting, to ensure management obtains timely reports addressing loans originated, sold, and serviced.


  • Support the Secondary Market Manager
  • Assist in the writing of Secondary Marketing Policy as well as presenting Management reports and analytics
  • Interact with other departments when problems or discrepancies in data arise to determine needed action
  • Act as liaison between internal departments regarding the sale and delivery of closed loan transactions
  • Comply with Victorian Finance, LLC policy, as well as industry regulations
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Strong understanding of products, processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • At least 1 year of Secondary Market/Post Closing or closely related experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Office/Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • A high level of attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills required

$20 - $22 hourly
