The Campus Resource Team Member is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the Neighborhood Ministries' main campus. This position is an integral part of Neighborhood Ministries, as you are the main point of contact between the staff and the members of our community. The primary role of a CRTM is to ensure that the needs of the campus are being met. This includes doing routine walks around the campus, interacting with community members, and transporting the children to and from important appointments. CRTMs help align the goals and visions of Neighborhood Ministries and are vital to maintaining a positive environment for our communities. If you pick 3rd shift, you will also receive a shift differential.

Please note that this position has a BILINGUAL requirement.

• Transport children to and from their appointments
• Maintain and monitor access control and security footage on campus
• Work with the education team to support the needs of the kids
• Assist with the Facilities Department for ground and facility maintenance 
• Monitor shipping and receiving 
• Support programs within Neighborhood Ministries when needed
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for both staff and the kids in our care

• Have 1 year of work or volunteer experience involving children 
• Be able to work overnight and on weekends 
• Excellent verbal communication 
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule 
• Professional, proactive, and self-motivated with an ability to take direction 
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple priorities 
• Maintain a sound work ethic with the ability to act both independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written 
• Demonstrate patience integrity and a work ethic in customer service-related tasks
