About The Role

Atmosfy is seeking a Campus Recruiting Intern to work directly with the Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Team. This position will work closely with Recruiting and HR Managers to analyze and optimize the talent recruitment processes.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Target hiring of interns from talent acquisition assessment to selection criteria to the candidate interview experience and onboarding plan, including a road map for diverse stakeholders throughout the process
• Create overall strategy & operational plan for recruiting future interns/MBAs as part of the Atmosfy talent pipeline
• Outline how to establish partnerships with career services, diversity organizations, STEM programs, fraternities, and sororities to develop and implement a campus recruitment strategy nationwide focused on the biotech industry
• Design the recruitment candidate experience including interview questionnaire and confidence messages
• Create a partner directory and annual event calendar
• Outline future campus recruiting timeline and activities
• Ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are considered in every step of our hiring process
• Identify and propose key recruiting metrics and identify trends among entry-level and internship candidates

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability and confidence to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in MS Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
