We are seeking a motivated call center agent to assist our growing Real Estate Team in Houston, TX! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. If you have experience in telemarketing and collections you would be an ideal trainer for this role.
As a call center agent you will receive warm leads from our marketing efforts (NO COLD CALLING required). You will be the first point of contact for new clients on a daily basis from various inbound lead sources. You will assist in all aspects of the process by quickly building rapport, cultivating the relationship and setting appointments for a member of our sales team. Managing leads in our contact management database system is essential. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Acquisition Specialists.
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.
