Responsibilities

The Call Center Representative position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Operator Queue Management
  • Parts and Service Overflow Management
  • Repair Order Scheduling
  • Parts Invoicing

Qualifications

To qualify, you should be well versed in the below:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Professional Manners
  • Excellent customer service skills

Compensation
$17 - $18 hourly
