Responsibilities

This position supports Digital Banking Team and UNCLE's member account inquires, processes requested transactions and educates member about beneficial UNCLE products and services. Duties include:

  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Keep member satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
  • Create records of member interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Maintain member accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Generates sales leads for sales team, and stays up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • 1 year+ experience as Teller, Member Service Representative, Banker or other customer-facing position
  • Experience working in a faced paced, customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
