We are actively looking for a dynamic and skilled specialist to join our expanding team as an Inbound & Outbound Sales Call Center Expert. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing both incoming and outgoing sales calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and capitalizing on every sales opportunity that arises.
- Answering incoming sales calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
- Conducting needs assessments for clients
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers and following up on leads
- Handling objections and persuading customers to complete the sale
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- At least 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound sales call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics
