Compensation: $23 - $40 hourly, 100% health benefits coverage after 3 months

• You can install cabinets and millwork to the company standard
• You can manage multitasking to meet tight deadlines
• You are confident in performing the use of hand and power tool equipment that is applicable to the trade
• You can present experienced knowledge of the practices, materials, tools, and equipment used when installing cabinets and millwork or finish carpentry.
• You are proficient in reading and interpreting drawings
• You have your own hand tools and some power tools 
• You are courteous in maintaining a safe and clean work environment

• You have 2+ years of experience in Cabinet/Millwork Installation, Joinery, or Finish Carpentry
• You are confident working independently and have the ability to collaborate and work as a team.
• You have a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
• You have an outstanding attitude and high commitment levels
• You represent the brand by providing quality customer service to clients 
• You are proactive and comfortable communicating with your team 
• You have strong attention to detail and have a drive for creating a quality finished product
• You can remain flexible when faced with ambiguity
• You have a high school diploma or completed your GED.  
• Completion of RedSeal is an asset.
