We are looking for a Lead Cabinet Installer who will be an individual who wants the opportunity to use their full potential in a fast-paced environment where they are part of a team and where every day is different.

Cabinet installer must be familiar with tools and have carpentry experience, we are team-oriented with a family atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project
  • Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins
  • Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently
  • Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized
  • Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite

Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry & Re-Facing:

  • Unbox and inspect all cabinets
  • Must be able to read plans and layout a kitchen
  • Make cabinet modifications
  • Must have all tools needed to perform the work
  • Completing post-installation quality control checks and customer walk-throughs to ensure client satisfaction
  • Serving and interacting with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Learn and apply our standard operating procedures in performing cabinet refacing
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within the work area
  • Ability to install our products to set timetables while ensuring quality craftmanship
  • Work as a team player and coordinate with fellow workers
  • Continuously improve and demonstrate job skill depth and knowledge

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team
  • Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance
  • Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred
  • Knowledge of basic engineering and construction laborer methods is preferred, but we will provide training

  • Cabinet installation: 5 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
  • The ability to safely operate power tools
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in all phases of cabinetry building
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Flexible Schedule

Compensation
$15 - $18 hourly
