As a Jesse Herfel Group Sales Agent, you have the opportunity to represent both Buyers and Sellers! A qualified Sales Agent should have an Arizona Real Estate license and sales experience. This is an opportunity to accelerate your business and get into immediate production. Most of our Agents new to the team put a deal in escrow in the first 30 days! You’ll be working with clients that come from our website, our inside sales team and database, past clients and referrals. We offer substantial training to help you develop your skills as a sales person. We also will furnish the tools necessary to lead generate efficiently and effectively!

  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
  • Role plays scripts and objection handlers every day.
  • Required license or certification: Real Estate License
  • An individual with great people skills and great attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a tight knit team
  • Abel to collaborate with the team on various levels of business
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Treats all clients and team members with respect
