The sky is the limit within our organization with lots of opportunity for growth. No real estate experience is necessary.

What will you do?

• Educate clients on the home buying process
• Consult with buyers to determine desires and identify homes that fit the criteria
• Primary duties include prospecting and follow-up, including calls, texts, e-mails, and overall management of sales pipeline
• Focus on providing a five-star client experience
• Show homes to buyers and host open houses
• Strategically and effectively negotiate on the buyer's behalf

• Hardworking, driven, embraces accountability and new challenges
• Personable, enthusiastic, and able to easily develop meaningful connections with others
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Displays a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
• Excellent phone skills
• Not afraid of rejection
• Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Willing to obtain a real estate license (we can help you get one!)
