Great opportunity to join a highly respected and established team of real estate professionals - we are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for real estate to grow with us! 

First year income potential $50,000 - $100,000 plus. We want to help you succeed! Training, coaching and transaction management support are provided as part of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Preview properties each week, including each of our new listings.
  • Make outbound prospecting calls every workday.
  • Passionate follow up on incoming team provided leads. (30-50 per month)
  • Prequalify leads of buyers and refer sellers to lead agents.
  • Set appointments to meet goals and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and telephone prospecting calls.
  • Rigorously develop business opportunities for the real estate team to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate.
  • Manage sales pipeline by taking inbound sales calls as well as making outbound calls, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management and expect regular accountability meetings with direct manager and company owner.
  • Attend training meetings and coaching calls.
  • Become an expert on the evolving local real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Florida Real Estate License and Drivers License.
  • Ability and willingness to work most weekends.
  • Thorough knowledge of Multiple Listing Service. 
  • Completion of at least 3 real estate transactions in the past 12 months. 
  • A passion for selling and achieving goals.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
  • Reliable transportation suitable to accompany clients to show property.
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach.
  • Willingness to adhere to a professional, business dress code.
  • Lives and works with integrity and teamwork.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Extremely strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 Commission - First year potential
