Who are we looking for?

The Buyers' Agent will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a professional attitude and appearance and are comfortable selling in a high-end, luxury home market. They have a compelling desire to support the lead Agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

The Buyers' Agent will have a real estate license (or will obtain a real estate license) to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, in this position there will be opportunity for advancement to Lead Buyer Specialist and/or other roles within the company. The Buyers' Agent will be a forward-looking individual who develops and maintains positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next. Professional experience in sales is advantageous in this position, however, not required.

The Buyers' Agent must also be familiar with the Southwest Suburbs - especially Homer Glen, Lockport, Lemont, New Lenox, Orland Park and the nearby surrounding area.

This is a commission-based opportunity with huge sales and leadership potential. $50,000 - $75,000+ in first year - Commission at plan


What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:  

  • Assist the lead Agent by showing homes to buyer clients (3-4 clients/month) 
  • Assist in identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead Agent 
  • Host 2-4 open houses/month 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of over 20 qualified buyers at all times 

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes 
  • Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria 
  • Lead generate for both listing and buying leads for the team  

Management Responsibilities   

  • None, though a talented performer in this role may move into a leadership position

  • High school graduate and must be over 21 years of age 
  • Current real estate license or ability to obtain quickly
