Our Buyer Specialists spend time prospecting and building relationships with leads daily. Using Veenstra Team systems and tools with proven success. The buyer agent will determine buyer needs and wants and then put the correct tools into place to ensure that the client meets their needs in the time frame that they desire. The Buyer Specialist will show homes, strongly negotiate for our buyer’s best interests and handle any negotiations that may come up. The actual management of the details of bringing the contract to a close will be completed by the team transaction coordinator.
Veenstra Team buyer specialists spend most of their time in “dollar producing activities”. The buyer specialist does not need to be concerned with marketing, managing the transaction or other administrative aspects. Other Veenstra Team members are in place for those activities.
