We are expanding our premier real estate team and opening up a few opportunities to just the right buyer agents. We have more buyers requesting our highly customer oriented real estate services than we can currently handle. 

Our most recent addition to our team, a man fresh from real estate school and newly licensed, has written 7 offers in his first month on our team, 3 transactions pending and already has had his first closing! That is what the Veenstra Team quick start system, leads, prospecting and accountability can do for a motivated agent.

Each buyer specialist will be highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, is optimistic and outgoing, disciplined and willing to be held accountable. Our buyer agent must put our clients’ interests first, empowering clients to achieve their real estate goals. Our team is continually sharpening our skills so our buyer agent cannot be satisfied with the status quo. All the service that we provide to clients and our relationships with each other are based on mutual respect, honesty, trust, accountability and Biblical values. Our team members are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals.  

Our Buyer Specialists spend time prospecting and building relationships with leads daily. Using Veenstra Team systems and tools with proven success. The buyer agent will determine buyer needs and wants and then put the correct tools into place to ensure that the client meets their needs in the time frame that they desire. The Buyer Specialist will show homes, strongly negotiate for our buyer’s best interests and handle any negotiations that may come up. The actual management of the details of bringing the contract to a close will be completed by the team transaction coordinator.   

Veenstra Team buyer specialists spend most of their time in “dollar producing activities”. The buyer specialist does not need to be concerned with marketing, managing the transaction or other administrative aspects. Other Veenstra Team members are in place for those activities.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Spend designated time DAILY building relationships with potential leads and prospecting for new leads.
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
  • Build customers for life by staying in touch with past clients and customers.  
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License or willingness to get one
  • Commitment to being held accountable
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
Compensation
$40,000 - $160,000+
