Do you currently work in the service industry? Are you sick and tired of the terrible hours? But love being in a customer oriented job? Real estate is the answer, we are a busy real estate team that services South of Boston and is looking to bring on two to three great agents.

Ideal candidates will be located South of Boston with a willingness to travel from town to town for your clients. If you are looking to sell only in one or two towns this is not the position for you. Brand new agents will be considered. Ideal candidates should be looking to consistently close 3-5 homes per month and earn between $75,000 - $200,000 in their first year. This is 100% commission based so you must be financially able to support yourself until your first few closings.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular communication with buyer to effectively manage the sales process and generate more sales
  • Proactively utilize social media, website, and email to connect with potential leads and keep a full sales pipeline
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales
  • Remain the point of contact between buyer and seller and proactively ensure buyer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to generate property sales
  • You must be a full time agent! This is a full time business which requires full time hours to be successful. You must be present and willing to commit to attend team training and participating fully in activities during/for training
  • Be committed to your goal! This business has good days and bad. You must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary, and maintain a positive attitude on a tough day
  • Be learning oriented! We want people that are always looking to improve themselves and learn how to better service their clients and increase their income
Qualifications
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems
  • Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport
  • Must have own car and clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Active real estate or broker license
  • Passion for real estate, sales, and helping others
  • Willing to work in a team atmosphere
  • Willing to learn and attend training
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Active on social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Looking to work full time in real estate
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Have a dynamic personality

Compensation
$75,000 - $200,000 yearly at plan commission
