We are currently looking for a Part-Time Business Services Coordinator to handle all aspects of the Print Room Operation from receiving orders to dropping them off at the designated location and everything in between. This position has the potential for growth as we build the Business and Print Services Company, a branch of Carolina Realty Group, to take on new clients and services. Responsibilities

Report to Operations Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Keeping track of Print Room supply inventory at all times
  • Keep office areas tidy, labeled, and organized
  • Assist/Work with other CRG Administrative Assistants, as needed
  • Ensuring all items that are ready for print are error-free and in a print-ready format
  • Assist with all tasks related to the Print Room Operation
  • Printing, cutting, folding, stuffing, and creating mailing labels.
  • Delivering items to the Post Office
  • Delivering items to other CRG Offices
  • Assisting with the upkeep and mail databases
  • Assisting with the development of mail databases

Qualifications

  • Proficient with computers, Windows environments, and Office365
  • Are a team player and enjoys working with others
  • Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • has a reliable means of transportation?
  • Has a can-do attitude and takes initiative?
  • Wants to work with a growing organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and printers

Working Conditions:

  • The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Although this position will be in an office environment, at times this position may be required to lift up to 20+ lbs
  • The employee will be required to have the ability to stoop, kneel and handle objects for print-related tasks

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
