Reali Loans is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Business Operations Manager with Loans experience, to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, this person will partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of Reali’s loan business. The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Marketing to develop strategic projects that enable the business to execute its highest priority initiatives
  • Maintain scalability and growth of various operational processes through automation. Examples include process design, pipeline management, turnaround time, etc.
  • Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configurations are best in class and are continuously adapting to the environment; own solutioning
  • Manage constant change while maintaining strong business alignment, ensuring strong user engagement
  • Provide technical direction and support in the development of processes and workflows in the use of Encompass
  • Responsible for analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects and tasks
  • Manage Encompass enhancements through design, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure effective change management, documentation, and training
  • Own vendor relationships and drive integrations where applicable
  • Liaise with Encompass, Salesforce, and Blend Administration, both external and internal, owning ultimate efficacy of solutions
  • Achieve 15-day Lead to Fund on all programs

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of Mortgage industry experience
  • 3+ years of Mortgage industry experience in a non-technical role
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related role; e.g. operations practice at management consulting, sales operations in B2B or B2C, business operations in a technology company
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent additional work experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management programs
  • Ability to articulately present and debate recommendations at the executive level
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with residential loan transactions
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Asana, Trello, Teamwork, or Jira
  • Ability to build complex Excel, G-Sheet, or equivalent models

Nice to Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Encompass shop
  • Familiarity with residential real estate transactions a plus

Compensation
$100,000 - $135,000 yearly
