The Business Operations Coordinator is an extremely detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with a passion for service, learning, growth, contribution, and support of a team. They relish the opportunity to take on new challenges, tasks, and projects. They are committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience for both the external and internal customers through polished communication and detail in their work. This individual thrives on working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment and is always focused on supporting the team and team leaders.

Compensation: $32,000-$38,000 based on experience. On target earnings of $40,000+.


What will you do?

  • Represent team with integrity, gratitude, respect, and humility, in alignment with our core values
  • Approach clients with professionalism, polish, and a servant’s heart, while striving to exceed expectations
  • Work with a high sense of urgency when servicing, interacting with, and collaborating with agents and leaders on the team, always coming from a place of contribution, support, and respect
  • Support CEO, administrative team, and sales team in the day-to-day operation of the business

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in daily functions of the business responsibilities of the team, including working hand in hand with the Director of Operations, Transaction Coordinator, Sales Team CEO
  • Communicate with clients, other agents, and vendors on behalf of the CEO
  • Email monitoring, responding and communicating pertinent items to CEO and other team members
  • Listing Coordinating: Help in the process to ensure a flawless customer experience by coordinating important dates, gathering information and documents, and necessary details of listing homes
  • Manage calendars, assist in the planning of meetings and client events, and other client outreach
  • Order office supplies, operating supplies, signs, and print marketing materials
  • Database management
  • Manage social media accounts: post, grow followers and increase engagement
  • Implement mailers and assist in the creation of other marketing materials
  • Assist in the creation of team procedures, agent resources, and other documentation
  • Assist in the creation of training materials/videos
  • Produce organize materials for agents prior to buyer consultations and listing appointments
