We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to steer the day-to-day processes of the office. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our administrative support is accurately following office policies. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Self-assurance and the confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others are essential.

• Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
• Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties
• Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
• Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
• Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards

• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
