The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Must have STRONG customer service skills and be able to handle pressure with grace.

  • Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties
  • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards


  • Maintain company budgets for those line items assigned
  • Maintain an average 9/10 quality score through leading the customer’s experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to all office-related employees, ensuring each is competent in their required skill set
  • Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems
  • Human resource contact for all employees
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
$15 - $25 per hour
