  • Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed
  • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards

  • Website Adjustments as needed (pricing changes, etc.)
  • Managing Office staff keeping them on task
  • Setting weekly goals for your team
  • Handles all Customer issues ie, Refunds, Missing items, Property damage, and customer complaints
  • This position requires an outside-the-box thinker and can roll with the punches and fill gaps as needed
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and computers

  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
