  • Bi-Weekly Payroll for 12 employees
  • Accounts Payable
  • Invoicing/filing
  • Accounts Receivable/Collections/Approving new accounts
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Generate year end reports for submission to our accounting firm
  • Greet walk in customers
  • Assist in order entry and customer phone support when needed
  • Work directly with the CEO on special projects


  • Minimum of 5 years office experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast keyboarding and 10 key
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to think out of the box for cost savings
