This Business Manager position provides the unique opportunity to support both the growth plans of the firm, as well as lead the management of the day-to-day operations. Mills Pittman Twyne Law Offices is looking for a dynamic individual with experience that can ensure accountability across various functional areas and successfully work across the organization. 

This individual will also have the opportunity to build certain capabilities and implement best practices that will enable the firm to operate more efficiently while supporting the firm’s vision to grow. 

Overall, this position is integral in overseeing the organization's daily activities and ensuring that the firm is run smoothly and efficiently.

This position is responsible for overseeing 10-15 employees. This position will also have an active role in weekly and monthly partner meetings.

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all support personnel; evaluating and managing the Firm’s operating and information systems; overseeing the Firm’s finance functions; assisting in the Firm’s marketing efforts and managing the facilities of the Firm. Specifically, this position will have responsibilities in the following areas:

Human Resources

•     Responsible for being key HR contact within the firm
•     Hire and manage all support personnel

Accounting/Finance

•    Provides oversight of all Accounting/Finance processes
•    Plan and implement the annual budget

General Management

•      Facilities management
•      Operational functions essential to support the growth of the firm
