We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our business immigration legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for Perm Visas, TN, H2B, H2A and E visas, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer
• Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
• Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings

• Work with clients to prepare applications with USCIS to include working with the department of labor to get labor certifications, job announcements, collecting evidence and everything needed for the business visa application.

• Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
• 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred
