You are a proven B2B sales leader. You have grown revenues of a startup - selling to small, mid-sized, and large companies. You personally did the sales, business development, and "deal-closing" work to earn the revenues. You are 100% hands-on. You have an active contact base of key leaders across the nation to jumpstart the Assistantly sales pipeline. 

You are driven by sales and growth - only for products/services you truly believe in. You can't sell just anything, only the right thing. You are mission-motivated and when it comes to helping businesses scale, guided by a deeper purpose that puts virtual team members and clients over profits. You are an organized, effective, educated, and curious communicator. You are a self-starter who needs little or no direction to grow both revenues and a small sales team. 

FUN FACT: We will be hiring 3 Business Growth Sales Representatives. Whoever performs the best after 6 months will be considered for our Vice President of Sales position. (Base salary, amazing commission structure, and awesome benefits and quarterly bonuses).

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years startup sales and business development experience
  • Virtual Assistant industry knowledge is a PLUS
  • Proven to deliver rapid revenue growth
  • Active contact list of key decision-makers at major small, mid-size, or large companies
  • Identify high-impact acquisition partners including influencers, craft deals, and secure partnerships
  • Communicate strategy, results, and insights clearly to all stakeholders to inform cross-functional work on the team
  • Ability to contribute to company product and growth strategy - and then execute on that strategy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$100,000-$200,000 commission only
