We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated HUNTER who genuinely values the sales process, who understands the economic drivers that a revenue-building manager brings to a business.
We are looking for someone who thrives on crushing their goals and is great at building alignment in order to deliver effective and sustainable solutions. Someone is an expert in identifying, developing, and growing business development opportunities to meet customer needs and sales quota objectives.

- Seek out franchise investment opportunities across the nation.
- Create a business plan for the investment opportunity to present to the CEO with a timeline on hitting the ROI.
- Set specific KPI’s for the acquiring franchise.
- Oversee onboarding and progress of all business development roles.
- Weekly one on one meetings with each business development specialist.
- 5+ years of sales experience focused on new partner acquisition.
- Proven ability to generate new revenue and meet or exceed sales quotas in a hunting-oriented sales role.
- Previous marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Coaching experience is also preferred but not required.
- MUST have strong business acumen and hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business and effectively qualify new opportunities.
