As the Business Development Specialist, you will assist our Brokers with outbound prospecting to new and existing clients in order to develop and nurture relationships and identify lead opportunities. This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle a high volume of leads and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000 base salary
  • Commission opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing business by mastering and implementing the proprietary sales method of Tri-Oak Consulting Group; which includes lead generation, client cultivation, client fulfillment, and consistent follow through
  • The Business Development Specialist will make outbound contact daily with companies and private individuals from various lead sources. This will consist of lead generation for new relationships and nurturing existing relationships. The position will also be responsible for following up on various lead generation campaigns; which include postcards, leads from external events, and generating interest for our exclusively listed properties and buyers
  • Ability to block out distractions, listen intently to the conversation that is occurring, and identify and qualify opportunities for new business
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through your ability to build rapport
  • Provide and maintain quality service to all clients by following organization standards
  • Ability to work in Database Management System which includes continually maintaining and updating client and lead records, in our CRM system and Property Database, accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements. Information to be captured or verified may include company or contact names, addresses, property, and purchaser information, and reactions of prospects contacted
  • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts with the ability to adjust scripts, when necessary, in order to meet the needs of specific clients
  • Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Sales or Real Estate experience
  • 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience
  • Georgia Real Estate License
  • College Degree
  • Strong phone skills; ability to build rapport and convert leads over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team and goal-oriented, with the willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
  • Ability to be proactive and dynamic to perform well under pressure
  • Be persistent and take initiative to work through challenging situations
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Excel
