WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Business Development Rep will be responsible for contacting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads within a defined territory to meet and exceed franchise sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to develop a rapport with business partners and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets while creating new opportunities for the franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue sales opportunities and manage company leads by email, zoom meetings, phone, and in-person to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Develop relationships with assisted living and retirement communities, elder Law Attorneys, and Real Estate agents
  • Identify and manage those referral sources and educate these sources on our franchise services
  • Provide reporting as required, to franchise owner or manager
  • Support and utilize our sales tools such as branded sales materials, social media, ongoing sales development training, CRM, our automated client review system.

Qualifications

  • A two-year college program in a related discipline is suggested but not required, a combination of Experience with Phenomenal results is definitely preferred! We always look at knowledge, experience, and success first
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Have a positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with the capacity to develop a passion for the mission and vision of the franchise
  • Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
  • Possesses the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Facebook, and Linkedin
  • Sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation
$70,000+ includes base and Commission
