Seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Waterloo, IA, US. This role will focus on generating leads, driving revenue growth, and developing customer relationships. You will be responsible for creating and executing an effective sales strategy, identifying opportunities for expanding our customer base, and building relationships with key stakeholders. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be experienced in utilizing various marketing tactics. We are in search of a Business Development Representative to join our Waterloo, IA, US team. This position prioritizes achieving revenue growth, cultivating customer relationships, and generating leads. You will devise a sales method, discover potential customers, and forge relationships with essential parties. Good communication and interpersonal qualities are a must, as is experienced in various marketing practices.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
• First-Year Earnings $75,000-$85,000 All In

• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication

• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competitive attitude | Winning attitude. Must want to be #1.
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
• Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell - not easily intimidated.
• Have great communication skills and a willingness to work hard.
• Be committed to lead generation.
• Be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Landscaping knowledge is preferred but not required.
