We’re looking for a hungry, competitive, and outgoing Business Development Representative to help us smash our sales goals! With our support and training, you’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel.
The Business Development Representative is tasked with identifying and scheduling sales appointments through both inbound and outbound outreach activities using the phone, email, social media, occasional in-person events, and other forms of communication. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, is highly self-motivated, and has an unparalleled competitive spirit. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a prospective buyer’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
