The ideal candidate is a licensed professional or is willing to get licensed within the first 90 days, and is an excellent deal maker who loves working out in the field and talking to people. This is a 100% commission position. Perfect fit for the people person that doesn't want any business doing the actual loan aspect of the deal. It's simple - you make the phone ring and our team will handle it from there. Once the loan funds, you're paid 0.5% of the loan amount!

  • Routinely meet with bankers, agents, and professionals through lunch and happy hour meetups with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
  • Place calls from a curated list of banks, credit unions, etc with a goal of 30 calls per week
  • Update current information for all leads to teams by continuously revising the client database
  • Compose personalized messages for special occasions and send cards for thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate
  • Provide calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources through the outlined Daily Success Plan
  • Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A dependable form of transportation is a must in order to attend client meetings
  • We require a current NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or have the ability to gain licensure within the first 90 days of employment
  • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
  • Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databases
$75,000+ at plan commission
