The Paramount Funding Company is growing! This incredible company provides residential mortgages for purchasing and refinancing. We are seeking a qualified business development representative (BDR) to find and engage potential referral partners such as (but not limited to) real estate agents, financial planners, and title companies. As the first line of communication with prospective referral partners, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of developing business relationships to create a strong referral pipeline and excel at creative ways to make contacts with potential referral partners.
- Solicit new referral partners via all appropriate means (in person, telephone, email, print)
- Re-engage dormant and inactive referral partners throughout the country to increase market share
- Schedule and attend at least 15 in-person meetings with prospective referral partners per week
- Organize, track and maintain a 12-week follow-up program per referral partner
- Promote the Paramount Funding Company brand while providing incredible partnerships.
