The Business Development Representative is the quarterback of our real estate sales team and the first impression of our organization. The prospect for and acquire new home buying and selling clients through various inbound and outbound lead sources. They take ownership of the lead generation processes to actively systematize the sales conversion process with their relationship-building superpowers. They set appointments with qualified leads for the licensed real estate agents and manage all leads in our contact management database.

Activities of the Business Development Representative directly affect the bottom line and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater levels of success, growing their own skills, and developing others.

Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new clients and follow up with sales leads in your pipeline through cultivating relationships
  • Achieve productivity targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, inbound lead response, text and e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling appointments for licensed Outside Sales agents
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with licensed Outside Sales agents

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000+ (base salary + uncapped bonus)
