Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Real Estate Appointment Setter. This role is perfect for a person who is willing to communicate with over 100 clients daily by phone and text. You'll follow up with leads, communicate with clients, and assess clients' needs and goals in order to secure appointments with our Acquisitions team. We’re looking for a coachable hard worker who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect with clients and build rapport. The applicant should desire sales training and coaching and to be part of something bigger than themself. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to be able to develop and grow.

This role will be located at our Fayetteville office.

Responsibilities

  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, texts, and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Communicate with prospective clients to determine if our solutions match their needs
  • Secure appointments with clients and our Acquisitions team
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls/texts daily to communicate with prospective clients

Essential Functions

  • Research and verify provided lead information
  • Contact asset owners to interest them in our opportunity and connect them with an Acquisitions Representative with a warm transfer or scheduled meeting
  • Update database regularly with new information and progress made
  • Meet daily and weekly goals for phone calls, emails, and appointments scheduled with qualified leads

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position

Skills

  • Friendly and competent demeanor in phone and email communication
  • Ability to communicate industry-specific information in plain language
  • Fundamental computer and typing skills

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience with outbound calling is a plus

Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
