Responsibilities
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current

  • Prepares a daily list for a lead agent to call for home anniversaries and birthdays of past clients
  • Manages campaigns and real estate searches for potential clients

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car

  • High level of phone comfortability building rapport and relationships

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 at plan
